Third Party Mail Client with Applescript/Rules

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a solid third party email client for 10.9 that supports Gmail and can start applescripts when certain rules are met.

We've been using Apple Mail for the last few years with a dummy gmail account that triggers applescripts when emails with certain subjects come in. However since updating to 10.9, the rules aren't always starting, and because of the new way gmail folders/labels are handled, they are running multiple times. We're currently running 10.9.1.
