If songs were purchased after Aprl 2009, they do not have DRM.

Well I burnt the songs onto a disk and deleted from my itunes library.

(edit - Purchased songs you can redownlaod but yoru should maintian a backup, just in case) thks tt2

Why? Always check your work before deleting anything

now when i insert the disk with burnt songs it doesnt show up in itunes. any ideas anybody?

Did you burn them as an audioCD or data/MP3 CD?

If data or MP3 CD, it won;'t show up in ITUnes

File > Add to library and select the disc.
