Ref: Case No 596180865
This is to inform you that I am a regular user of Apple products and have been emotionally attached to all Apple Brands.
I am using I-Phone 5, I-Pad and many more products.
I would like to bring your attention towards the attached pics of I-Phone 5 (64) which I had purchased more than year back. Last week unfortunately my phone fell down and unexpected spark took place and it has completely been damaged.
I had spoken to your Bangalore office and have been given the above mentioned case No and been advised to write to your as being nearest service centre.
I do not want to put this message on apple community as it will damage the brand reputation.
I request you to please look into the same and provide me replacement for the same even if I have to pay any charges.
