ATV can't connect to apple server!

Got an ATV at Xmas however I've found when I ran a network test where it asks if what line speed you have then runs a test, when it attempts to report these details to the apple server it comes back with a. Error stating it can't communicate with the server!

I've tried a few times with same result!

Anyone got any ideas?
