Q: best place to dl ipsw, as im in the bush and can not get a steady connection for update server

I updated to ios 7 now, battery can be used to heat a room and lasts about 2 hours with zero use, i have turned everything off as internet suggests, final trick is to restore to new phone. I work bush and have very poor internet so cant connect to server need to be able to dl with interuptions, I have dl ipsw 7.03 from redmondpie but when i try restore has unknown error 3194. i have almost given up hope of having a working phone.
