Q: How can I complete the unlocking of my iphone?

Please, how can I complete the unlocking of my iphone? Got a message from Telstra to log on to follow instrustins from apple to complete the unlocking but can find my way around it.

You need to backup and restore your phone as new using a computer with iTunes. Read and follow the steps as detailed in the email.
