Q: reinstall osx after reformat hardrive

Hi please help

Did a reformat on my Mac pro by using the internet connection(holding Command+R during startup)

The reformat went sucsessfully and disc utilities was set up properly

But my problem starts when I want to reinstall my OSX Lion, because when I use my new ID it will not accept it, because it is not the same ID I used when I purchased my Mac Pro, and the old ID is lost and not possible to recover

my question is how can I install osx when I only have access to this recovery mode, I cant buy new lion in apps store because I dont have access

Any Ideas

Thanks

What OS was on the Mac when new? If it was Lion (10.7) or later Internet Recovery should put that OS back on the Mac. Whilst connected to the internet (wired would probably be better than wifi as it is a big download) reboot hold Command+Alt (Option)+r - more info here:

But can't put OS back on Mac because I only have my new apple ID and I dont have my old apple ID which is the one I need.

I sent the Mac to a apple service shop today and they fixed the problem by installing a new Lion OS X

    it cost me 73 Euros

anyway got the problem solved to a expensive price, but can live with that:)
