iTunes keeps cancelling my sync?

I'm using iTunes 11.1.3 on OSX Mavericks on my MacBook Pro. Whenever i sync my stuff to my iPhone 4 it keeps cancelling the sync midway while syncing the music. Before i updated to Mavericks it was okay, I'm not sure if it was still okay after i updated but most importantly its not working now!

I've tried with my iPod Touch 4 so definitely its not the iPhone's problem. I've tried with another USB cable and port, same results.
