I really don't like the new version of iMovies, I just got a new iMac so the old version isn't on my computer, how can I downgrade to it? I've tried almost everything but when I try to download the old version it tells me I can't because there's another update, but I don't like the update! I need it so I can upload videos through QuickTime Player! Help!?
iMovie 9.0.9 is still available for purchase from Amazon and does work under Mavericks. Be aware though that you can't transfer events and projects back from iMovie 10 to iMovie 9. If you still have your old iMovie 9 projects and Events folders you can access them but you will have to restart from scratch anything you have done in iMovie 10.

I don't want to have to pay for iMovies though, because I already have it, there has to be a way to be able to downgrade it instead of me having to pay for it :P
