Purchase problem

Hello. I have a problem. I've done 3 purchases( 1-49.99$, 2-19.99$, 3-4.99$) and I was waiting for the purchase to be done and then the massage appeared. And I had to reload the game. After that money disappeared from my Apple ID but they didn't appear in the game. Can you help me with my problem?
