Q: I have iphone 4s i can't active it because the email for icoude   have been stolen

dear dears

 

I got this iphone 4s secand hand the problem the after I upgard it to IOS7 it need activation whan contact the shop that I got the phone from they said that the eamil which used for the icloude have been stone Idon't know what to do with this issue

    You got it backwards.  You purchased a stolen iPhone.  You can't activate it without the original owner's Apple ID, and it is useless to you.  Return the phone.

    You have encountered a security feature called Activation Lock. A phone cannot be restored to a new user with the original owner clearing the phone from their account. This prevents stolen or lost phones from being deactivated to a new user. There is no way around the activation lock. Take the phone back to where you bought it and demand a refund.
