delete page from pages 5.0?

so in previous versions you have been able to right click and delete a certain page from a document but fron 5.0 this has disappeared, along with duplicating a page and moving it, all things i do on a regular basis creating booklets for my uni course. where has this gone? and how do you delete a page? quite a simple thing to do but proving very difficult, poor apple....
