How can I move pages between them. For example: Page number 10 is placed between page 4 and 5? And if I do not need a page, how can I remove it?

You just gave two versions which one do you want to do this in?
You can largely forget it in Pages 5.01.
If you divide your document with Section Breaks in Pages '09, you can simply drag the thumbnails into place.

Moving content is the only option.
Why not just use Pages '09 if you have it?
