Hi,
I'd like to know how to hide page number in the ToC. They show automatically, but at least for the headings of third ad fourth order I'd like to suppress/omit them.

Pages version you are using?
Not possible, but you can export the T.O.C. to text, reimport that and edit it.

It is possible to hide the page numbers in Pages 09 Pages 08 but the OP hasn't told us which version he/she is using.
Sorry, I have Pages '09.
You have in the Inpspector > Document tab > TOC > uncheck button for #'s
