Narrow no-break space?

Hi,

how can I make a "Narrow no-break space" (NNBSP) in Pages?

A normal no-break space = option + space. But, how to make a "narrow no-break space"??

In French for example between p. and ex. ... in several languages it is often used. It is a narrow form of a no-break space with the width of a thin space. But how can I get it on Mac or in Pages??

Thank you!

ok, I do have the latest Pages Edition (2013) - unfortunately, there are less functions than in pages before ... OS = Mavericks.

How can I use Unicode Characters here?

Merci!

You can directly enter the Unicode text for the Narrow, non-breaking space, in Pages v5.

  1. System Preferences > Keyboard > Input Sources

Click the + button and add Unicode Hex Input (this will appear on your Finder menu by the time)

  2. While in Pages v5, select this Unicode Hex Input only when you wish to directly input a character

option + 202F (the letters can be lower-case, makes no difference)
