I recently bought the iPhone 5s and I downloaded the itube app for free but everytime I listen to a music video it doesn't cache the video so when I want to listen to it again it uses my internet . Never used to happen to my 4s. Someone please help!!!!!

That's not an Apple product. Talk to the app developer about it. It's not Apple's problem.
I know its not apple's problem but i thought that there is a setting problem and it doesn't allow us to cache it
There are no settings you can change in iOS that will fix this. If there are settings within the app... that's something you'd have to ask the app developer.
I have the same problem on my new updated 4S xx
It is to my understanding that the app developers have removed the "cache" function because of Apples and Youtube's copyright laws.
