Q: iTunes says there's no disk burner or software

When I try to burn a CD using iTunes, I get a message "Disk burner or software not found". Can anyone help with this issue?

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

Hey MelMarc2,

Thanks for the question. I understand you are experiencing issues burning a CD in iTunes. The following resources may provide a solution, as it refers the the exact error message you have described:

Thanks for your help, but I'm not on a Windows PC, I'm getting this messsage on an iMac running Maverick.
