I'm new to MainStage and setting up a midi keyboard (via USB). I can see on screen that a signal is being sent from the keyboard and yet I am still not getting any audio through. I have turned off the local sound from the keyboard and have installed the audio software from the keyboard (M-Audio key studio 49i) with no luck.

I'm not really sure what to do next. I have trawled the user manual for both MainStage and my keyboard.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Ps i'm working from mac pro 10.9.1/ MainStage 3

MainStage, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

Are you getting a signal on channel strip meter(s)? Is the channel strip assigned to your keyboard? Are you using an audio interface or using the headphone out jack? Is Mainstage receiving MIDI from your keyboard? In the screenshot you can see the MIDI input keyboard is an Axiom 49(in the instrument channel strip inspector). To the right, notice the meter indicating output from the first channel strip.
