iTunes doesn't recognize my iPhone 4S

iTunes doesn't recognize my iPhone and I've tried every cable restarting my laptop restarting my phone and nothing... PLEASE HELP?!!!!!

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

Well, you do not mention what computer OS you are using, so here are the support documents for both.

Look at my post above, there is a link next to the word Windows, and one next to the word OS X. You need the one for Windows.
