Q: will not turn on

Iphone 4 will not turn on. Hitting both home and power button do not work. Hooking to iTunes does not work. Need help

If the reboot does not work, home and power buttons, then try the troubleshooting tips in http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3281 and if that does not help, visit an Apple store genius bar for testing by the techs.

If you have iOS 7 installed try the steps lllaass gives in https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5634135 and see if you can get control of it.
