Jan 16, 2014 5:03 PM in response to Mattsmom2009by John Guo,You can try contacting iTunes Support via this page, and see what contact methods are available to you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption.
Note that refunds are not guaranteed, though they're often granted in the case of a purchase by a child.
To prevent this from happening again, go to the Restrictions settings in your iOS device and turn off "In App purchases" and the ability to install apps, and set the password to be required immediately. For more information, see:
