Dialing phone numbers in messenger

In Messenger, when phone numbers are marked up into links, it presently invokes Microsoft Communicator which I don't use. I have Skype installed and would like that to be the application which is invoked when clicking on phone numbers. How do I change this behavior? Is there a setting for what phone dialer is used for phone number links?
