Hello, I have a Lightning to USB Cable that I purchased in Septemeber 2013 that does not hold a charge. It has a "kink" in it but no other visible damage. I took it to the apple store and they said they can not replace it. I used it for 4 months.

Hello, I have a Lightning to USB Cable that I purchased in Septemeber 2013 that does not hold a charge. It has a "kink" in it but no other visible damage. I took it to the apple store and they said they can not replace it. I used it for 4 months.

If anyone can help me out and allow me to get a new USB cord it would be greatly appreciated.

And what did the Apple store say about not replacing it? Did they provide you with a reason?

This is a user to user area only. No one here can help you with this. The "kink" is obviously the cause or the cable would have been exchanged at the Apple Store. The warranty does not cover accidental damage and abuse.
