Unresponsive 5s

I have a 32gb 5s from Verizon and while listening to music my phone started freezing up. I locked it because that normally works but I can't unlock; it's almost completely unresponsive. I can use Siri and it vibrates when I put it on silent and that's it. I don't have my computer with me to restore it. Can anyone help me?
