Brand new computer, so that's not the issue. I also cannot burn my movie to a disc. please help. It barley lets me click on the picture before freezing. FINALLY finished the movie, and now I cannot export it ANYWHERE. This is absolutely ridiculous!

I have this issue as well.  I have a MacBook Air and I cannot edit even one clip of the video that I imported without it lagging and freezing.  I am so frustrated.  I have no problem with the same clips on a Mac computer, however, I need to make the movie on my laptop.  I have cleared a TON of storage off my computer and have tried everything I can find on the internet.   Nothing is working.  So frustrated.
