My account is disabled and this stupid website has nothing on how to enable it

My account is disabled and this stupid website has nothing on how to enable it I was referred to the support website from Itunes and this stupid website has no way to reenabled it or no one to call. Ive spent an hour doing 1 minute worth of work.

When you say your "account" is disabled, what do you mean? What error are your getting or what are you seeing? There are several types of "disabled" and we need to know which one you are experiencing if we are going to be able to help....
