How do I export my Chrome history and import it to Safari version 6.1?

Hi, I've been using Google Chrome ever since I got my Mac Pro, but I want to start using my Safari now, so, I want to export my history from Chrome and import it to Safari.

Thanks for your help in advance. 🙂

Mac Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

This command line tool does the job:

For me the "History" folder in Chrome Application Support was actually located in

~/Library/Application\ Support/Google/Chrome/Profile\ 1/History

not

~/Library/Application\ Support/Google/Chrome/Default/History

like the read me says, so snoop around to make sure your know which profile you're using before attempting to move everything around.
