Unnecessary details getting added in along with the correct email address in MDM

In iOS 7 MDM email, there is an extra information getting added in the address field.

When the user clicks on Reply to all option of a mail, his own email id along with some unnecessary details get added to the TO field. The new email address which gets added is in the format: <username>@<companyname>.com@<servername>.com .

Therefore the user receives an unwanted mail.

Kindly suggest me a solution as soon as possible.
