Since i bought my iPad mini 3 months ago i can not take a screenshot using the on/off and home button at the same time (like any other iPad/iPhone).
I tried the re-install all the settings but nothing seems to work.
Anybody got an idea?????

Simultaneously press the Sleep and Home button. You will notice an on-screen flash. If you have sound enabled, you will hear a camera click.
The screen shot is stored in Camera Roll.
You need a bit of practise to get it right.

But this is not the sollution.
I even asked the guys from the applestore and they didnt know what to do either.
Its not a matter of timing i tried that 100+ times, its either something in setting i cant find or something to do with software..
Any other guesses??
your sleep button is broken that's your issue ,.see if it works by itself
I also have the same problem since my home button isn't working. What I do is, I activate the Assistive Touch from Setting-> General-> Accessibility-> Interaction-> and click on the AssistiveTouch Button. Manage the icons by clicking the customise Top Level Menu and tap any Icon to change it and list will come out. Select Screenshot and voila! 🙂 try it okay!
Wow, you expanded my horizons today, Ann Sue Osmand! I had no idea what "Assistive Touch" did. Now I love it!
