hotmail email doesn't a folder?
hotmail email doesn't a folder for junk mail in my cloud. or on my new ipad mini. how can add this so that I can check all my mail?

Hotmail is nothing to do with iCloud. There is no integration between the two.
If you want to access your Hotmail email on your iPad, you need to set it up seperately in the Settings.
