Why apple store ask my credit card info to install it?

It is a free app. What I think you're dealing with is a thing where they put a $1 hold on your credit card for a short period of time. They money will be refunded.
Do you mean I have to give my credit card info to the store to install a free app? Just want to make sure of that. Because it doesn't sound like a common procedure to install a free app. (I'm new with Apple products.)
If you didn't want to use a credit card with your Apple ID, there is a very specific way that you have to create that ID. Apple does an extremely poor job of communicating that to new users when they set up a new device. As a matter of fact, they don't tell you at all and you have to find the information out for yourself.

If you did enter a credit card, Apple does place a $1.00 hold on the card simply to verify the validity of the card, the money will be refunded to you and you will not be charged for the app.
