I noticed with Yosemite (10.10) tonight, there is no Facetime conference button anywhere to be seen; however. . .

When another person "calls" you while you're video chatting with another, you'll be able to accept that call while still chatting with the other.  You'll be able to see and hear the other people.  The other folks, unfortunately, will only be able to see you.  There will be audio echoing.

People in the video chat can't "call" anyone else to join in; hence, no conference call button has been found, yet.  When another person wants to enter the video chat, that person must call one of the others already in the video chat and understand seeing only one person, not all, is the feature at this time.
