Hi I can't put app as it says. I have to go to aus App Store. I should I change it

You can change your store here:
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region
If you really want that app, than you can change the app store, but it is a bit of a long process, and you need Australian billing info to do it, and you have to change the nationality of the apple id.
If you still want the app, go to
Settings, iTunes and app store, apple id, view apple id. Type passcode of apple id in. Then it comes up with a menu. Tap country/region, and chose the nationality you want(Australia). And change the billing info and accept terms. Then open app store, and you should be able to find the app. If not, wait a while, or turn your iPad of and on again, it should show up after it reloads. To get back to your original nationality, just go back and redo the process and change it back.
