where did my safari icon go?

where did my safari icon go?

Until yesterday I had four icons on the bottom section of my iPhone (phone, email, safari and music). Last night the phone icon is gone. Where do I find it?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4

Go to settings > general > reset > reset home screen layout

Or also check in Settings > General > Restrictions and check whether safari is enabled or not.

Was it accidently moved?
Check on another page or in folders.
Does it show when you do a Spotlight search (swipe down from the center of the screen)?
Check your Restrictios: Settings > General > Restrictions
Quit all apps (Double tap the Home button and swipe the app preview page up) and Reset: Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and don’t let go until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears (no data will be lost)
