would someone help me. I am not able to unlock the phone by sliding, it seems stuck

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

Do a
Reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Note: You will not lose any data

Press home button and the power button together until you see the Apple Logo on the screen.
Once done.
Turn on the device.
