How can I get refunded for in app purchases made without my consent?

How can I get refunded by Apple for in app purchases made by my child without my consent?.

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 7.0.4

You can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption


To try and stop it happening again your can turn off in-app purchases on your iPad via Settings > General > Restrictions, and you can also require your password to be entered for every download (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need re-entering).
