Safari 7.0.1 install

Safari 7.0.1 install

I am running OS X 10.9.1 and have removed Safari 7.0.1, I wanted to re-install it after having some issues with. I didn't know that version 6 & 7 were security updates, whats the best way to go about re-installing it? Re-Loaded 10.9.1 failed.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

he only way to re install Safari with OS X 10.9.1 installed is to restore OS X using OS X Recovery

FYI, OS X Recovery requires a high speed broadband internet connection.
