Make quicktime with menu to play multiple movies

I am looking for a way to make a quicktime movie play like a dvd with a menu.

I would like when the movie is launched to:

play a startup Mov

go to menu of 5 clip thumbnails that when a mov is clicked play that mov

return to menu when done.

Saved as a self contained mov

The closet thing I have found is an app called mymedia playlist. It only links to movies. you cant save as a self contained file.
