Q: I had 20 in my account.  Then I add 30.  When I see how much credit I had I only saw 30 instead of 50.  Why ?

    You've tried logging out of your iTues account on the computer/device that you are using and then logging back in and seeing it then shows the correct amount ? And you didn't have any purchases pending e.g. pre-orders or auto-renewing subscriptions ? If not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they can help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
