I followed instruction to connect to my PC and yet nothing is happening. Please instruct me what to do next.

    Does your comptuer's iTunes recognise the iPad ? If not then have you got an up-to-date version of iTunes installed on your computer ?

    If it is being recognised then the instructions on the HT1212 page that you posted from should let you reset the iPad so that you can then restore/resync your content to it
