I preordered an album from iTunes on my phone. Received an email stating it was available and to select the link to download the order. When I click the link it brings me to iTunes but there isn't anything in the active downloads. When I check out the album it shows as purchased. Any suggestions on how to download the album I preordered?

I have experienced the exact same issue for a Pre-order album as well. I would recommend canceling the Pre-order and download it again as it most likely has not been charged. This article will walk you though the process.
