Q: Just recently purchased a set of cordless telephones for my home. Panasonic KX-TG7645M. Trying to copy address book from iPhone 5 (IOS 7+) unsuccessful. Reasonably intelligent, but unable to understand procedure.

Purchased Panasonic KX-TG7645M cordless telephone system for home. Have iPhone 5. Wish to copy address book information to Panasonic. Instructions are woefully inadequate. Unable to understand. There must be an easy way to do this!

iPhone 4, iOS 6, Outlook Contacts is Outlook 2010

The Panasonic may not support downloading the phonebook from the iPhone. You need to check the user Guide for the Panasonic and see if that supports the iPhone's Bluetooth. Here are the supported profiles for the iPhone Bluetooth. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3647
