Jan 17, 2014 3:09 PM in response to TGorby randers4,If you see a discrepancy in your iCloud storage space between your Mac (in System Preferences>iCloud) and your iOS device (in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup) then you'll have to contact Apple support for assistance (http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/). Unless your device is very new or you paid for extended AppleCare, their would normally be a charge for the call. However, under the circumstances you should plead your case that the problem was created at Apple's end and you should not be charged for the call.
