is the ios7 okay for iPhone 4s

Okay so my phone is an Iphone 4S, and i have the ios 7 on there. It was fine when it first came out, but after awhile when i started to use my camera it would freeze or turn off. And when i started using apps like instagram, twitter, facebook, all different types of apps - it would turn off or freeze. Its really annoying, i just wanna know if my support carrier would get me the new iphone 5C or 5S. Because its ridiculous.

I think its just common problems they are having with 7. My phone was fine on 6 and is acting up the same way once I installed 7.

If you purchase a new device, your carrier will be happy to sell you one.

The issues you describe occur on all iPhones on all versions of iOS.

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
