IPhone 3GS wont actavate because no sim

myt friend put my iPhone 3GS in dfu mode and it deactivated the iPhone. it rebooted it self after 30 minutes and i cant activate because there is no sim. please help. there is no sim and no one i know of has the regular sim they all thave the nanoi sim and i have the new iphone 4 cdma verison and that has no sim vcard i can use help.
