Update 14.3.9 Doesn't Fix Retina Problem

I recently installed Microsoft Office on my MBPr and I have it updated to 14.3.9, but I see that many parts of the interface is not yet optimized for retina. Even some dialogue boxes come up with low resolution. And yes, I have the "Open in Low Resolution" checkbox unchecked. Does anyone else notice this? Does anyone have a fix for this?
