Hi m using iphone 5 and my sim contacts are not moving to phone by using option import sim contacts what should i do now to fix this problem?

How did you get SIM contacts to the SIM to start with? Were you using another device besides an iPhone? The iPhone does not store contact information on the SIM. If you were upgrading from one iPhone to another, that is now how contacts are moved.
