forgot apple icloud password

good afternoon sir.. i bought a apple iphone 4.. i'm second owner of the phone.. i dont know icloud password. first owner was in out of country so iam not getting the proper response..his apple icloud id is(premya@icloud.com)soi request you to look after the problem as soon as possible... please help me sir...
