What Kind if network problems are you referring to ?
Do you have a Hand cut Sim card in your iPhone?

There are also problems with the wifi network no problem I tried another sim card still the same problem continues my own sim card in another phone, no problem, everything I tried was after installing iOS 7.0.4: (

So you're talking about the cellular network? Have you contacted your carrier to make sure that everything on your account is properly set up and that they are having no issues? Try removing the SIM and putting it back. Try going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Network Settings. Have you tried resetting your device by pressing and holding the Home button and power button until the silver apple appears?
