Have just aquired ipod 6th and 7th gereration and have got bungled up i tunes library and is full of query marks which I dont understand and want to dump all tunes and restore both ipods to blanks so I can have another go at loading music. Thanks for reading

Thanks for that Deggie as am over the hill for all this but what a gadget - have the blue tooth one as well and works great in the car but all tunes were screwed because of query marks. After restore am now putting 1500 old jazz tunes in from archive.net and working fine. Really obliged.
